you can remain young forever internally, mentally, spiritually however. youth is a state of mind, its ambition, its imagination, its zest for life and childlike wonderment and innocence. its never forgetting the small things, looking closer instead of seeing things in generalities. stopping to smell the flowers or watching a honeybee or ant hill. this can be achieved several ways, by bypassing certain coming of age events which can pile on ego or regaining innocence lost by going on a spiritual journey within. a journey of rediscovery.
