In China red is lucky which is why I keep getting so confused on these threads, as China uses green for negative and red for plus, the reverse of our system...

These pendulum like swings are really not good, slow steady climb, slow steady descent = the global system working, while these wild and unpredictable swings are beating a rhythm of doom that the system is in fact broken.. which means at some point all the bits are going to come flying off... very worrisome indeed.

I think is mealy a blip, the China situation is fixed everything is up in the green.

The China situation is not fixed... look over the border in Russia and they are suffering as much from the slow down in China as for low oil prices and sanctions, their car industry is a perfect example of that combination, it's the combined combination of multiple areas of volatility that is driving this beast...

Or to put it another way, this is fire fighting problems as they arise rather than long term meaningful solutions.. Greece/Ukraine/Syria/Yemen/Sanctions etc.. the list is pretty long... and at some point one or more of those fires will really get out of control...
