Sure. Just like the Traygone Martin riots swept the entire country and plunged us into a second civil war, just like the Ferguson riots plunged us into a third civil war, just like the Baltimore riots plunged us into a fourth civil war, this EBT riot will start shortly after 3 pm when the welfare recipients finally crawl out of their nests and realize they have to spend some of their crack money on KFC instead... these EBT riots will also sweep the country and plunge us into a fifth civil war.

It's going to collapse one day... EBT just won't exist. I expect major outpouring looters.
