Judges can be incredibly corrupt, biased, and down right evil. Giving them that kind of power is absurd. The only way I could go along with this, is if the person who is being called into question, has the right to sue the people accusing them(claiming they are mentally unfit), the institutions(police departments/District Attorney), the individual officer/ prosecutor, and the individual Judge, for defamation of Character. |
