I have just told a narcissistic abuser to get out of my life. The relief is profound.

I drop one person a year. Have done it for about ten yoars, now. It gets better and easier as I learn. Fun, too as the year's end date approaches I just watch the folks I deal with and as the winner becomes more and more obvious, it is very instructive. Everyone should do this. First is worst.

Its really hard when they make threats, and have gathered personal information they can use to manipulate or emotionally blackmail or criticize with. I am afraid for my family right now. But this cancerous tumour in my life needed to be cut off. This person told me yesterday in so many words that my mind belongs to them. After a sleepless night of extreme stress, I found the courage.

this person tried to use mind manipulation on me. I read the thread yesterday about the 5 forms of mind control, it really woke me up.

AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pray for the protection of Jesus Christ. I left my abuser/psychopath husband and the only thing that has kept him away and kept him fearful from messing with me is the power of Jesus. I got Saved after I left him. He cant touch me under the power of Jesus. He has ruined the lives of multiple women since I left, (calling the child protection services on them, posting embarrassing pictures of them online, suing them and having court process servers show up at their jobs and serve them infront of coworkers, calling these womens bosses and telling horrible and disgusting stories about them that caused them to either quit in shame or get let go, threatening to sue and bring charges against these women for imagined and false claims, sending embarrassing photos of these women to their parents, friends, coworkers, calling the police and feds and trying to get charges against them for anything and everything, burning their clothes, flattening all four of their tires, etc) He is a true and evil psychopath, and if it weren't for Jesus Christ, he would have done all these things to me and worse. But somewhere inside of him he knows not to mess with me. Its because of God. and while he tells everyone I am bible thumper and Jesus freak, those are the WORST things he can say? That's is all he's got, and ya know what? Its the best compliment EVER!!!

um if he did those things those women can sue him. but you say truth here. if they have nothing on you, they have no way to get IN. Bless you.

I work with one. Worst people to work with. They ask questions and don't reciprocate. They have set discussion topics/scenarios to gauge your reactions. They just so happen to have similar interests or life story backgrounds as yours. They remember everything you say and creep you out later with that information to make it seem like they are mind reading. They also forget how to do simple tasks and make you show them so they can feed.

They are loud.

It is all about focus.



As to combating this, you have to have patience. Don't whine to higher ups.

I had this happen to me and got fired trying to expose a small group of people. It was unrelenting and took my enjoyment of life away. The field I work in is small and everybody knows just about everybody. The current Narci I work with is doing the exact same things right out in plain sight. I am just letting them do what they do. It is tough to deal with.

I'm dealing with living in the presence of one with a huge god complex that is manipulative and controlling to the point of wanting to do abusive things. This person has no life of their own, and likes to dictate from a lazy boy. I hate my life. When I leave going to stop giving people a chance. That is pretty much it. This god complex person cam find something else to do. My hope for human beings and myself is officially gone. Finito!

I feel for you. Any time the source of your creativity is connected with these people its so ugly. Your advice is really good, they do seem like mind readers but only because they are so focused upon your mind and they remember little details to hurt and twist and use against you later.
You have to let them undo themselves. You have to let them do their thing so they are exposed. You have to learn to record and remember what they do and say as well. Use their shit against them, and be very stealth about it. Good luck.

This is my inlaws. They have been out of our lives for 3 years but still send random attack letters.

Some people think if you are family they are free to abuse you and you can't do anything about it. Those people are wrong. I cut my brother out of my life over 30 years ago and years after I got down on my knees and thanked God I did it. He and his personify chaos and crisis and I was spared all of it. He wormed his way back in about 10 years ago and a few years later I had to just kick him out of my life again....He was making me physically ill... No More!
