Hugs are good. Let them talk it out and if she's normal it will be over in a minute or two.

I know guys are get all girly when women start crying but I don't know about the toxic part you mention.

When the wife's crying, I go to the gf's house.
When the gf is crying, I go home to the wife.
When they're both crying, I go to the bar.

Well my bf pretty much disappears when I cry. He is clueless about women. It's sad but I know he loves me a lot, he's just ignorant and sort of cowardly really.

Just wanted to add that although my bf tries to get away when I am upset with him and crying, he must love that I show emotions because he is very bonded to me and I can be verbally abusive to him and he always forgives me. I think if I were not as feminine and vulnerable as I am, he would have been gone a long time ago. That said, it would be nice if he'd stay and talk things out, but he'd rather die than do that. He's good to me, but a really bad communicator.

It's terrible. Every week before my period I feel like no one likes me and I am unloveable. I act out bigtime. It's honestly not my fault and becoming aware of this pattern has helped but not cured me of it. So guys, please understand that a woman with PMS really can't control herself and isn't really a bitch. When guys take steroids they get out of control, it's no different for us with our hormones.

Depends. If she's crying because it's something she brought upon herself for being a bitchy tard ignore and walk away. If she's sad cause something sad happened console her and try to make her feel better. Use discernment. Many will claim the latter when it's really the prior reason.

You may have PMDD. My sister-in-law had similar situations to yours & thought it was just really bad PMS. She's now on medication for it. Much better, according to my brother-in-law.

I definitely have PMDD. I take 10 mg of Prozac a day now and it's gone. I think Vitamin D3 helped a lot too. It's a shame I didn't know years ago. A lot of women don't know how bad theirs is, that you even feel no one likes you. I haven't had PMDD for several months now and it's been great.

a sudden feeling of unlovable can't be blamed only to PMS. Discarnate spirits are inciting you to hate yourself. Prozac only numb you to the discarnates trying to possess you. Women by nature of their craving for emotion, are easier target for the discarnates. Women are crazy because discarnate spirits have easier access to them, just like eve was more sensitive to talking snake.

Wife or gf sudden crying is always sign of near possession. The discarnates are almost successful infiltrating women's psyche. Perform exorcism immediately. lol.

And OP, what are you supposed to do? Nothing. Give her a hug and leave it alone. Trying to "fix it" will only make everything worse and you the center focus of the anger / depression.

Because you think you can "fix it," that means to her, that her feelings are minute and unfounded. Essentially, they believe you're calling them crazy or saying they're over-reacting.

Women are always right. Even if you and they know they're wrong, they're still right. So there is no use in trying to help or trying to fix anything regarding their emotions. They have a reason they are feeling that way and believe they need to dwell in those feelings.

I'd ask why she was crying. What the fuck else can you do?
