There are construction works at the back of my house, their machinery is causing my house to constantly shake. I'm afraid it might collapse.

IDK exactly what machine they're using (sounds like an enormous drill), but everything is vibrating and it feels like a tremor.

Could these constant vibrations cause my house to fall down?

Get your foundation inspected NOW! That way, if your foundation cracks, you can prove it was their fault, and can sue them for damages.

You should be OK... your homes foundation has shock absorbers, also known as isolators...
