It's more likely that they just allowed the system to become catastrophically unstable and they need a good cover story for when it eventually blows up.

A few days ago I flew into Bangkok, stayed with my friend at the Ritz Carlton Residences...and its funny I see this thread. He told me that one of his business partners (born in Beijing, China) in Singapore issued the same warning about the general markets in Asia starting next week.

The ''rumor'' is that lots of big money are pulling out in fear of something is going to happen that will rip the markets...around mid September especially.

The business partner used to be a big wig for Shengda Gansu in China years ago.

I didnt tell my buddy that im a GLP poster or anything....
I really did want to though at that moment.
