These people have been taking advantage of the prior shortage to deplete the market and then offer the bullets for a higher price. Of course, they make money off the deal, turn around and purchase more and perpetuate the cycle of demand. This in turn hurts those who don't want a middle man between the store and them. The tide is beginning to turn however and the supply is slowly beginning to build. More people are simply waiting till stock is in the store to buy and NOT getting ammo from these opportunists.
