Look guys, it's already been said, but it was the navy parachute team. If you look on their facebook page they posted about practice "getting ready for tonight" on the 6th, then they have a video shot from the POV of one of the parachutists, and in the "UFO" videos you can see that where they land is the stadium.

These flying objects have been identified.

this is a plausible explanation, cos they didn't zip about, & they slowly descended to the footie field & they didn't parachute back up again, just slowly glided to their landing spot. But surely that would be on video too?
