Out of the corner of my eye at one point, I saw a raven sized bird-like creature that seemed to have broken through a dimensional wall so to speak. It was much like a fireball but had it's wings open like the mockingjay logo. Anyway, much MUCH more than that, coupled with my almost external sense of presence, would probably deem me schizophrenic or some stupid shit if a medical professional were to analyze. :memorybanner: |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 69707270 United States 09/07/2015 06:09 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The scientific reason is that as people age, their sense of time becomes shorter because they are more aware of it. This meaning that little kids feel like they could accomplish the world in a day (remember waiting for Xmas), and time was slow because they are new to the world, living carelessly and not even fully understanding the concept of death. Where as adults understand subconsciously that they are closer to death with each moment, and therefore, time seems shorter. However, I don't buy this as the whole story. The past decade or 2, time has been increasing at a faster rate of speed according to some stuff(no links). I remember someone did an experiment with calculations from different time periods. It was like 1 minute from 1980 had the same amount of seconds as 1 minute from 2000. However, the second was shorter in 2000, but it doesn't appear that way because the earth is always spinning and time is relative. I think about this: if the earth did speed up, every year, how could we as humans account for the faster second, hour, day, if time is measured in strict, unchanging measurements (ex: 60 sec to 1 min, 60 min to 1 hour, 24 hrs to 1 day). If the earth spun faster, the year would be faster, but would it include 365 days? What if all clocks or watches kept their time in relation to the earth's spin, therefore always reading the same time the earth is actually giving. My fucking head hurts. |

I saw a black orb that literally broke through the wall of my house (not destroying it) and hit me on the leg. our Pakistani rug has black in a pale design, I thought the black orb broke into pieces and was running my hand over the rug in astonishment, trying to find the pieces - there were none, just the black design elements - maybe that was a dimensional time break - have never had a real explanation for this thing. I saw in the corner of my eye, a man perched up against my wall sitting down next to my dresser. Around the time episodes of sleep paralysis were frequent, though it may not even be related just mentioning. I often wonder.. |
