I use to try and find happiness in houses , cars , people and those things are ok but it was not till I came to truly know God did I become happy , am I always happy no but a happy and peace and hope of better things to come

the hard part is being long suffering and patient with the ones you love that still can not see this truth. This is the part that does not bring joy. This is the part that makes us be selfless in our life journeys. this is the part we are called for.

I find satisfaction in helping those around me see that the most valuable resource they can have is their mind, and the betterment of it.

If everyone understood that the only path to true fulfillment comes from what one works for, not what one is given, this world would be a far better place.

Nice post Goofy, I use to chase all the big toys but at a certain point realized none of these things mattered. They are nice but that is not what's important. Knowing this takes some years to learn, some more than others.

"Things" make happy people happier, but cannot make an unhappy person happy.
