VIEWER WARNING (video): Horrifying moment when a man is savaged by two Pitbulls and left in a pool of Blood on a New York street

Shocking footage has emerged of two pitbulls savaging a man on the streets of the Bronx in New York City as bystanders bravely attempt to pull them away.

Filmed from an apartment above the road, the middle aged man is left lying in a pool of his own blood after the crazed dogs drag him across the road in the prolonged mauling.

The entire incident was recorded by a woman at the apartment overlooking the street, who is also heard speaking to emergency services on the phone.
