Three weeks ago I had all the blood work done, complete total physical...everything is perfect, from electrolytes, bone density, minerals, cholesterol, everything...and I drink distilled water everyday and have for years and years, if it was going to hurt me it would have by now...no cavities, my teeth are perfect.

fiji has fecal matter in it, distilled is better.

Just check it up. We get 5% of mineral needs from drinking water. Think about it. How often do you pour yourself a glass of water - compare it to all else you put into your mouth every day. 95% of minerals from food and stuff. No need to remineralize distilled water unless that's the only thing you put through your mouth...

The Zero water filter comes with a lil measuring wand. It counts the positive ions or some shit. Distilled is Zero . Smart Water is about 15. Fiji about 80. Zypherhill /dear park 120 ... tap I've seen as high as 300.

Yes the zero filter works will clean that shit back to zero. - probably still has junk in it but makes me feel better and save a lot of money!!

Read up on the Hunza. Civilization that lived typically to be centarians (over 100 year old). Lived off terraced farming in the Himalayas for generations. They had glacial fed streams, with which supplied irrigation for agriculture and their main hydration source. The glacial water contained 100+ (trace) minerals and was vortexed/potenized/dynamized by Nature's springs and rivers on the way to the Hunza. Lesson to learn.. glacial water (if pure of origin) or distilled/reverse osmosis that has been remineralized is best, whichever is available. Most forget to remineralize, and almost all forget to vortex/potenize/dynamize the water with pure, love filled, and harmonic intentions. We do it when drinking alcohol, cheering, but have forgotten why we actually do it..

I don't know for sure, but I like to use drops called AlkaZone...they are mostly several forms of potassium and some other minerals and work great for alkalizing water.

Distilled water is best choice as it is close to what real natural pure rain water was (before chemicals and contaminates).

The natural cycle of earth water is evaporation from ocean and lakes (natural distillation) then return to earth as rain water (best pure water).. Then rainwater runs thru dirt and rocks and picks up INORGANIC minerals. Problems is human body can not handle inorganic minerals so these accumulate over years in the human body to cause calcium deposits, etc.

Humans need ORGANIC minerals meaning chelated plant based minerals.

This all means: use distilled water, get your minerals from plants (fruits, vegetables).

Been drinking distilled water for over 30 years. Very healthy at 72. Taste buds tell me what to drink--some coffee, some veg juice, only distilled water. Most water tastes nasty to me.

Water from the Noha plant on the big island Hawaii it's the purest in the world!! Check it out it is sold in many different names but it come from about a mile deep and all the nutrients are there . It sells in Japan for 10 dollars a bottle

Distilled water is the best. Our bodies cannot assimilate inorganic minerals. These minerals are for the the plant kingdom not the human body. You get your minerals from foods/supplements. We were told distilled water was not good for us, but then look at the profits being made from bottled water. Buy yourself a water distiller and it will pay itself off in no time.

Forgot to mention these minerals end up in our joints since our body does not know what to do with them. Just look inside your iron or kettle. These minerals build up.

I have been told by someone that has a lot knowledge in health that this product "NutriBiotic Essential Electrolytes" was a great product to use because it was a clean supplement.
