You have brought up an important point, thank you! It touches os road rage, litigious society, school, everything. For example, I slipped on water in wally mart yesterday. Got a bruise on knee, bug deal. As I got helped up, one bystander says "you can sue them," and another a guy ran to get employees, and when he came back whispered "Tell em you hurt your back." I appreciate his "trying to help the other little guy" mindset, but I do not lie and I try to use manners and be civilized, so just pointed out the spill to staff and went on my way.
It was best for everyone that way, and as a daughter of one of the greatest generation, I can't act otherwise!
I wish people could just act responsibly,

This is the direction they want us in imo. I don't have time for this bullshit. I don't want to walk on eggshells and nobody else should walk around eggshells around me either. Everybody has a crab up their ass these days. "I'm offended!" and I'll bitch about it, even if it's something as insignificant as a t-shirt. Don't like it, don't buy it. Don't like it, walk away. Don't like it, turn the channel.
