Cell Service Down Raleigh North Carolina

Cell Service appears to be down across the area here in Raleigh. I've talked to people in my office and none of us can make calls. Some have Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T and none of us can receive or make calls. Texts still work but that's it. It's really strange.. DOOM????
