My Niche in the IT industry is eMail. I was there wiping servers for Enron (I worked for their attorneys). There is always a trail, there is always a TAPE backup. This is how they cover their ass when they are right. There is always a trail TO the backup provider and location. There is always a scapegoat (hense "worked for"). There is always someone who refuses to delete or destroy data. So even if the server is wiped clean, all the dirt is there, waiting to be restored. Of course that means someone refused an order. Hillary will not see a single day of legal jeopardy.

She will be forced out of the race as there will be no chance of her winning, but
she will not see a single day of legal jeopardy.

Why?

Because she will be pardoned by Obama.

Hillary has the goods on Barry and many others in the Admin. They KNOW that if
it gets to the point of her having to give sworn depositions, then many in the
Obama Administration, including POTUS himself, will be taken down.


As such, Hillary will be pardoned, there will be 1-2 weeks of furious outcry
but conservative media, and then something else will dominate the headlines.

In less than a month, after resting up on someone's island out of public view,
she will be in the clear.

Mark my words.

I have worked enough within the beltway to know the game is played.

Please correct me if I am wrong....because these were private servers....how do you know the hard drivers handed over weren't "throw a ways"....I say this because if your going to have your hard drives wiped....to beat FBI computer forensics......why not destroy the originals and substitute copies that sure look like they were the originals
