I know what you mean. In the begginning, thought it was pretty thick too. But the fact remains, this country was founded on the principles of the Bible. Know the Bible, how to argue it, and how it relates to your own persoanl soverignty, and no court in US Foriegn-Owned CORP land can touch you.

In a receivership process, it is wise if the great majority of small creditors form a class action, and together they fight for their right to have their piece of the pie. If the small creditors remain silent and unrepresented, they will only get their share(next to nothing) after the big creditors have had their share, so united their claim will stand, divided they shall fall. The for us or against us age America now is in has made this united class action more difficult, so if there is going to be a fight, make sure you are fighting for the right things and reasons that unite America, not for those battles(war on terror) designed to divide and conquer her.

Ok, my attorney just got a friend out of a DUI. Now, the moral implications, blah-blah, yes, but the point is maritime jurisdiction. What he did was wrong, but thats not the point. If we all were soverign in court theyd have to change the system.

My attorneys friend didnt hurt or kill anyone but did wreck his car. The grand total? 75,000 dollars a day for kidnapping (no warrent for his arrest) and, I think, 50,000 dollars for grand theft auto (they towed and impounded his car). So, its to your advantage to be soverign in corut, and yes, to understand the bible, because theyre connected. Now, Seantor Madsen will say not to be a dick, in so many words, and dont go out and try to rob a bank, thats just rude and wrong. The point is changing the system. Read the WARN newsletter about the US Jack in US Court rooms...they belong to a foriegn corporation.

Common law, and exercising it, is complicated, and takes a lifetime of dedication. It's real, for sure, but we also live in a system run by criminals, and they control the courts, the cops, and the jails. Does anyone here know anyone who has actually established their land patent? If I'm not mistaken, some people have lost their property when attempting to do this. Just as Irwin Schiff is right about income tax, you can be right about this, and get fucked big time. Please research and proceed carefully, and get ready to devote a LOT of time to it.
