1) Using controlling shares, they "buy-out" the original ownership.

2) In this process, using "selected" individuals and methods, Assets are sold off and Cash is stripped from the Company, in a secretive convoluted manner.

3) Once all the assets and cash have been stripped from the company it is offered to the "Stock Market" with a pile of tedious FAKE documentation, and Paid-For testimonials from the "Ratings Rackets" like Moody's.

4) Once the Stock has risen to an acceptable calculated level, the syndicate sells their majority holdings.

PPT will step in soon if the DJIA hits around -350 and S&P tumbles down to around -75/-100.
