Shilling, or more euphemistically selling "predetermined posts" for a set topic or subject is one service I have seen offered on this website and from what could ascertain it is a relatively popular buy.

It's not incredible to think people would say things for money. It's incredible to believe there is a whole network of agencies that would actually pay them.
