I took that photo of my TV screen. Feel free to run it through any of those image checker sites to see if it's fake. It's not.

Looking again at my pic the angle doesn't seem right for an exit sign...still could be nothing...
And yeah, those background images in news interviews may be green-screened in or whatever, but the pic/video had to have been taken at some point...

I believe it is definitely a green screen shot, as the reporter is "standing" way too close to the entrance to the White House in the second photograph. The question is, why would a major network include "demon eyes" in a report from the White House? Or why would White House staff want to show glowing demon eyes from a window on the world? Either way, great catch, OP!!!
