Simple Supplement cocktail for improved health
Hello GLP,

I'd like to share with you my daily regimen tht drastically improved my health. Consult your doctor before taking any medical advice.

First off, make sure you take these with breakfast or lunch to enhance absorption.

1. 2400 mg Fish oil

2. 1000 mg Vitamin C

3. 100-200 mg CoQ10

4. Have your Vitamin D levels tested. Mine were low last year (it is an epidemic in this country) Then take anywhere from 1000 IU- 5000 IU. If you get lots of sunshine throughout the year, you may not need this.

5. A GOOD multivitamin made from whole foods. Don't use the One-a-day or any of the other synthetically-derived store brands.

6. 1-2 cups of coffee daily.

The trick is to do this for at least 60 days to see the benefits... However, I saw results around the 20 day mark, which slowly increased from that point.

I think this cocktail would be especially well-suited to people who are on the SAD (Standard American Diet) diet. Also, it would probably help many with mild to moderate anxiety/depression, especially if it tends to get worse during the winter time.
