What is most amazing to me is the fact that this has even been made public.
The fact that something so sensitive has been made public tells me that it
probably is BS, may be intended to try and scare the Russians or may be
an attempt to impact public opinion in some way.
Rest assured.... The real military planners would never publicly speak of such
plans if they were really giving it consideration or were trying to roll it out.

You can find clips on youtube of Obama from years ago talking about arming and training "moderate rebels" and they did, which has led to the mess we're in now.
