People use all kinds of terminology to express their feelings. Could it be that what he meant to say (as he expressed in the "vernacular") was that living in a predominently "white" nation where "coloured" people are often subjected to prejudice etc. he feels that a "black" person cannot make any derogatory remark about "white" people and get away with it?!

Let's face it, "white" people (generally speaking) don't take too kindly to criticism by minority groups of any kind.

What I mean by this is that All groups have a rwptilian part of the brain, it is part of humans. It is apart that regulates possesiveness and territoriality and many other things, google it. All races have this, it is just more dominant in some than others.
