A Message concerning the LORD

There are many people in this world who God has called. When they were at their lowest, with nowhere to turn and no way out, God intervened and said: "Follow me and I will set you free".

Then, those people follow the Lord -- only until they were comfortable again; and they forgot about Him. Then they go back to their sins, like a dog returns to its vomit.

And because they have experienced the Lord, they say: "I am saved".. because His spirit has given them a kind of proof. But then they drink, and they smoke and they continue to say: "I am saved". And they swear, and watch R rated movies and are quick to anger with people - slow to forgive; full of pride and self love, and they insult others with disrespect.

Oh but they keep praying -- because they WANT MORE blessings. "Jesus is Lord" they'll say.. and have another drink. "Oh I'm a Christian", they'll say.. puffing out two lungs full of tar. "YOU NEED JESUS!" they'll say in one breath, and then abuse you in the next. Then they'll pray "Dear Lord, bless me more".. but my warning/reminder today is this:

Matthew 22:14 "For many are invited, but few are chosen."

Do not play around with your eternal salvation. TODAY is the day for repentance. You are not promised tomorrow. TODAY is the day to put away your addictions, your anger, love for yourself and this carnal life. TODAY is the day to give your life to the Lord. Don't make excuses.

TODAY is the day of the LORD!

..and believe me, I am guilty also. I am not standing on a pedestal. If anyone needs forgiveness from God it's me. But I am saying these things out of love. Be careful not to squander the hand that the Lord has put out to you in forgiveness. Don't think that because He blessed you, you are "safe" - because God causes the sun to rise on the wicked as well as the Just. There will not be ONE soul with an excuse when all is said and done.

MOST people in this world couldn't care less about God; as was foretold by God in the scriptures. They don't even have a thought for Him. They weren't called. I am not referring to them. I am referring to every person that GOD spoke to and called, and HE said: "Come out of the darkness and into the light".

If you turn away from God when He has already put his hand in your life, to save you from YOURSELF, then believe me, you will be judged more harshly than those who never knew God in the first place. Yet God might still reveal Himself to them, so never judge anyone.

Jesus is at the door. We are in the very last minutes of this age.

WE ARE IN THE FINAL MOMENTS OF THIS AGE!

Waste no more time!
