What Can A Person Do To Avoid Surgery When Your Body Won't Heal Itself?

I've got a hip that has no cartilage and two shoulders with tears in the rotator cuff. I had a malignant cancer removed from above my eye and now I have all kinds of dizziness and hair falling out, and various weird skin problems. I've got bruises that appear for no reason and take forever to go away. So many autoimmune symptoms and I want my body to heal itself somehow!

WHAT can I do to heal my body myself so I don't have to have surgeries and get myself healthy again? Is there a quick way to convince your body to heal itself? I'm open to anything that makes sense! Serious replies please??!!
