I have addressed EVERYTHING you said. I guess you need a rehash. If a woman is raped, and goes to the ER, she will NOT get pregnant, and she needs to be checked for STD's and AIDS. Who's to say what quality of life a physically or mentally challenged child will have? A lot of it depends on the education for the child, and early intervention of the medical issues. If the birth parents cannot handle the medical needs, there is adoption. Praise God from Whom all Blessings flow !!! |
