What normal person is supposed to be able to take that treatment calmly? ESPESCIALLY when she reached out to the second cop for help and he tried to break her damn arm and started punching her in the face. Any breathing living animal would have the same response.

Me thinks one of these officers said something derogatory and she defended herself through words the cop did not personally find friendly and decided to go ape wild on her ass.

Cindy Hahn says that the encounter began when she saw a Carlsbad police officer standing by a car with its alarm going off.

"I said, 'what’s going on here?' And he said, 'is this your car?' I said 'no sir’ and he says 'then mind your (expletive) business,'" said Cindy Hahn.

Cindy then called the police department to complain about the officer's comment and shortly after she left, the officer she had complained about pulled her over.

"The next thing I know, I’m on the ground and he’s attacking me and then the other officer comes and I’m thinking he’s going to help me and he ratcheted it up," said Cindy.

CITY OF CARLSBAD SUED OVER ALLEGED ASSAULT BY POLICE OFFICERS

"Geragos says it started when Hahn and her kids were on their way back from a birthday party and stopped to use a restroom. There, she asked a police officer a question, and he told her to mind her business. She called the department to complain.Minutes later, she says that officer stopped the van she was in for a seat belt violation and told her to get out of the van. That's when Geragos says the attack happened."

Well if this is all true and I wouldn't doubt it these days then what you have here is pure retaliation for her call in on him about being a dickhead. The Dispatch Biach had to have radioed him about the complaint and he staked her out until she left to carry out his revenge. What a gonad. The Dispatch should have kept her mouth shut and told his superior, and maybe she/he did?

So the incident happened 2 years ago ? The cops that did this are probobly in another town and the court will see this as a cold case.

She being a good citizen had the guts to call and complain about the officer's language, I wonder how he knew so fast that she had called. Or did he even know and was just still irritated at her and decided to stop and harass her. He could have done like that cop did with Sandra Bland and put her in jail too on a trumped up charge of resisting arrest. Guess hurting her suited him better.

This is what's wrong with a lot of cops, it's us against them mentality.
