Why are the stars in the northern part of the sky moving east while the rest move west?

Shouldn't all the stars be moving across the sky in the same direction?

Maybe it not star it their new robots they are making, scientist are insane and their backer will use their insanity. They have a hive robot, as if their own hive minds were not bad enough. Swarm like bee, or birds, they say, for good things but I have not see anything good about them.
