Quoting: Anonymous Coward 65267488 But is that a good idea ? If we start trading Water on the Markets like Oil do you think that is a good thing for the Survival of the Human race ? I bet the CEO of Nestle Does. There’s lots of water. Even more than Nestles can grab. :) |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 70510663 The best case scenario is him wanting to patent it before others and make it available to all for free/cheap. But i am pretty sure the metal that is supposed to be that secret is palladium. And cold fusion (if it works) has already been done by american and other scientist. Japanese having done the latest official experiments with success (as they claim). So he does not really invent something new here (should it work). Still a brilliant mind if he managed to get this to work all by himself, given all the secrecy surrounding cold fusion. The new thing is that a TV station allowed him to go fully public with it. So maybe not all are controlled to the max. They will be testing this device now for some weeks and see if it really works as eh claims according to the video. I wouldn't be surprised if some men in black pop up. I came here to debunk this story since I'm 99.9% certain it will be found to be false, but I felt the need to ask you for sources for your information. So, where do you get your info? Debka? Show me the definitive proof of your claims and not some obscure website. |

If you knew about them it would upset the Economy, ruin the oil cartel and be a large threat to the security of the Planet. Unlimited power would ruin the economy? No. Unlimited ubiquitous power would lead to an unlimited expanding economy. Why it would be (or is) stifled is it is an avenue to freedom. :) |

So im guessing something similar can turn platinum? iridium, osmium could be made to turn into gold in a nuclear reaction, its not all that farfetched, force a few more neutrons into its core or whatver. |

Quoting: FireInCairo Otherwise, the last thing we need is to take water and destroy it completely. Ive seen some water electricity generator that do use hyrdogen and puts out only oxygen as a waste material. So it is not water after being processed. As for the generator shown in the OP. I have no idea how it works. I wonder myself if it puts out oxygen or only electricity. Maybe the waste product is the electricity but i doubt that. Though it would be epic, maybe like an oxygen generator using water as fuel that has a waste product that is electricity. Or vise versa, an electrical generator with water as fuel and oxygen as waste. Or also like you said it could be destroyed completely. Interesting. |

Its no surprise that various inventors will come up with a multitude of ways in which to produce energy from this process or similar processes over a few years. Eventually one will be proven to be the most efficient and best and that will be the one that eventually becomes the generator for houses/cars/planes/etc within a few decades or less. |
