nice, should be fun.. Although i think the more satisfying option would have been for USA to use the same method and build islands of their own way off in the pacific some where and claim them as their own, AND build a big USA military base on it.

Another idea that comes to mind(similar to seaworld the UK built in WW2) you could collect several large oil rigs all together in the ocean, and convert them into a giant base, or a giant helicopter carrier, the great thing is they can slowly be moved to another location if needed.

The US doesn't recognize anything its got to the stage it thinks it owns the planet
