do not be afraid to use common sense and critical thinking to question if what "they" tell you is correct

most people just listen to an explanation and thin" um, ok, that sounds reasonable, and it is coming form somebody who says they are smart, so it must be true"

for example, people brush their teeth with sodium fluoride, which is fine.

but then they are told that fluoride is being putting in the water to promote dental health, and so people think, "oh yeah, that's the stuff I use to brush my teeth, so I can see why they put it in water, what a great idea"

in the mean time, they do not bother to stop and think that swallowing and ingesting fluoride does nothing for your teeth, and if they ever bothered to read the print on their tube of toothpaste, it clearly has a warning to NOT ingest it

adding insult to injury, the nimrods who think they are in the know will proceed to mock you and call you a tin foil hat etc. as if they are so much smarter than you, when in fact the are the biggest idiots of all
