I've been taking GCMAF for three weeks now.

The first day I got a headache. They said there would be a purge while the immune system kicks into overdrive. I also had a minor acne outbreak and I've never had pimples. I also slept like an old hound dog for the first few days. Passed out by 8 pm and woke up at 7 am. I normally only sleep 5 hours a night.

I'm a runner and I noticed that my recovery time has decreased. It's like I'm ten years younger. Normally at my age it takes a full day to recover from an 8 mile run. The GCMAF yogurt has eliminated all hunger so now I eat more strategically. I eat what I know my body needs. I don't eat because of cravings.

Bowel movements are better.

I can feel the stuff working. It's helped my kids too. It's helped their concentration with school work.

Lots of little things. But most importantly I know that the stuff is basically eliminating any chance of getting cancer.

If you've ever had vaccines or antibiotics then this stuff is mandatory for you. It also reduces the symptoms of autism in kids. It's like a miracle cure but in reality it's just returning your body to its natural state.

The stuff isn't cheap but you only have to take it for 3 months to balance out. It's more important than a cable subscription.
