October 19, 2015 / A series of earthquakes registering 4 on the Japanese seismic intensity scale to 7 shook Tottori Prefecture Sunday, raising fears among local residents.The quakes first occurred at 8:30 am, with a preliminary magnitude of 4.2, and at 8:36 am, with a magnitude of 4.3, the Meteorological Agency said.They originated in central parts of the prefecture at a depth of around 10 km.

An artificial earthquake? and why?

It just seems as if there has been warning after warning, after warning sent to LEAVE THAT ISLAND OF JAPAN. But, no one appears to be even be acknowledging these events as WARNINGS.

I hope (for their sakes) I'm just bloviating. Pray.
