Heard the governor of South Carolina say they are still fixing I 95 northbound,implying that southbound it's fixed. she said they need an additional 70 cement trucks and they are hoping that is enough. They seem to be handling this in a systematic meticulous organized manner. Would not surprise me if they realize they need to shut down a nuclear power plant and they could not do it until the road/roads leading to it were fixed or something on that order. Hey, would rather know they are shutting it down to prevent any problems, wouldn't you?
