I have been doing meditation stuff with Background theta soundwaves as I purse my lips and on the outbreath emit a sound akin to blowing out candles while humming and let me tell you I have had some spectacular experiences involving visions, obe's and connection to something that is way beyond the physical.
I have persisted for about five years with these binaural beats and exercises and after years of not noticing a great deal happening now things literally take off within a couple of minutes without fail.
The effect I get by doing the vibration thru my breathing and pursed lips is extremely powerful.

The brain is a receiving apparatus with lots of unused high tech systems & tools. The elves are waiting for us! The angels are waiting for our arrival too! And I guess the reptiles would like an audience as well.
