Trump threatens to pull out of next GOP debate!!! | |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 56570480 Trump is no dope, he saw how the dem debate, orchestrated by little debbie was the hillary coronation. How the entire thing appeared to be wholly scripted and how they looked like a bunch of folks who knew they didn't have a chance but were willing to lend themselves to little debbie to showcase her hillary. He realized that hillary was permitted to ignore questions and say what she wants. He saw how stupid the republicans are and how rinse and the rovians want the republicans, except ol jebby to look stupid. And just before the debate, two Benghazi hearing "republican insiders" simply couldn't bear keeping a dirty conscience any longer and stepped forward to condemn the entire Benghazi investigation as a witch hunt (which exonerates Hilary from Benghazi). Then, "Bernie" shouted, "The American people are sick and tired of hearin' about your damn emails!" (Certainly a prearranged statement.) Clinton began nodding without a blink and the crowd responded with the strongest applause of the evening (which exonerates Hilary from treason). Suddenly, Hilary's been cleared of those scandals. It's a miracle! I am, Sir, Your Most Obedient Humble Servant. Life is what you do while you're waiting to die. Donald Trump |

Eggcellent Re-Instate Smith-Mundt! User ID: 41780613 United States 10/15/2015 07:00 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This may be a stupid question, but what is it they spend all of that money on? I never hear about this during Canadian elections. Seems like that in itself makes the entire system corrupt. No, it's not a "stupid" question at all. Used to be a candidate's competency was judged against the other candidates, and the one most competent for the job, in whom the voters could place the most confidence, would be the one who was elected on Election Day. But now, it seems to be the one who gains the most popular recognition, whose face becomes the most familiar to the poor schmucks pulling the lever or filling in the little dots, who seems to win regardless of their actual competency to perform the job. And that takes money, lots and LOTS of money. To quote the "Cabaret" song, "Money makes the World go around." And that fact is no more evident than during Presidential elections. They create "attack ads" (against rival candidates) which are then shown on TV frequently, the closer we come to the election the more frequently the poor viewers see these ads until it's almost back-to-back political ads come election time. The candidates also pay for letters and information cards which are sent to all potential voters across America telling them how great the particular candidate is in comparison to all of the others. So if you're a candidate other than Trump (who so far has been paying for his own campaign) you will do anything and everything short of public fellatio (and that's probably coming next) to keep those dollars coming into your War Chest. The joke has always been about the candidates eating rubber chicken and kissing squalling, poopy babies. I'd imagine that by the time the actual Election happens all of the candidates can proclaim with perfect honesty that they hope they never see another chicken (or poopy baby)!! "I have come to the conclusion that all news should be treated like 9/11, assume it is a psyop with actors participating in a staged event complete with props, until proven otherwise, in which case assume whatever is being recorded, reported, televised, is distortions/lying by omission/outright lies, until proven otherwise." - Anonymous, 4-13-12 |

Quoting: Loup Garou Isn't the criminal enterprise currently in the white house obligated to afford him protection? After all it is our tax dollars to be spent on a potential President of the USA. You know, because he is "black" and all that. And America "clings to its' guns and Bibles". Eggcellent Re-Instate Smith-Mundt! User ID: 41780613 United States 10/15/2015 07:26 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Exactly. A "debate" starts with a question or an issue, and ALL of the participants are given an equal amount of time to answer the question or present their position on the issue. That's how debates USED to be presented, and people could then make their decisions based upon how they felt the candidates answered. Currently these "debates" seem to be handled more like a WWE cage-wrestling match. Candidates are judged more on their entertainment value than on their actual expertise. The sponsoring TV organizations have already chosen their favorite candidates, and give those people all sorts of breaks and marshmallow questions. At this point they may as well fill a tub with Jello and have all the Candidates jump in and start wallowing around! PS. All that having been said, I am still firmly in the "Trump Camp", because he is entertaining AND has some good ideas concerning how to guide our Country back to the levels of respect and opportunity which it once enjoyed. One agent who was loyal to Kennedy was called back to DC the day of the shooting in Dallas. Also another agent who was loyal was told to not ride on the back of the limo where he always was. And finally the corner route was changed at the last minute by the SS causing the limo to go much slower and acting as a sitting duck target. |
