Anonymous Coward User ID: 69935032 United States 10/18/2015 12:12 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Unlike cold-war East Germany where they had to get neighbors to spy on each other the new Windows 10 is a ploy to get all the "uncooperatives" to identify themselves. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 69935032 Smart aye? You can see their scheme in the way the "upgrade" is handled. If you receive KB3035583 your IP is returned to MS for recording so they can send you a notice of when you will be able to download Win 10. There was no need for them to take this route to upgrade other than to test you IP for a "person behind the number". Once KB3035583 is installed if you do not proceed to upgrade when offered you will be considered an "uncooperative", a person likely to be a detriment to society. |
