I have seen this building in another article a few months back. Someone was claiming that FBI, CIA, and police secretly disappear people to here- and there is more than just this location. Sooo I was driving a Tahoe I just purchased in California on Rt. 80(cars in Cali have NO rust you see) through Joliet and was pulled over and harassed, the car was searched, and I was interrogated for 40 minutes. That town is even worse than part of New Jersey!

People are polite, generally, and doors are held open for ladies. You hear 'Yes sir' and 'Yes ma'am' from nearly all ages if you are out in public or at home.

Yes, the cops are basically revenue generators, and there are a few thugs, and we have some issues from all skin colors.

But there are still some real men around, and real ladies behind them. If you step out of line too frequently, there will be some old-school attitude adjustments employed.

The main difference is the size of the town. It is big enough that you don't know everybody, but small enough that the interconnections between initial strangers are surprisingly close if inspected.

I believe that cities are inherently dangerous because of the anonymity that comes from so many in such a concentrated place. This can foster a lack of personal responsibility that is dangerous to be close to...

I have no idea if this is true but I can tell you this in my opinion. If these sort of practices were to happen to those that oppose "the state", I could easily see Rahm stepping up and volunteering to do so. This guy is evil to the core no question about it.
