Do we get to send the millions of 'syrian refugees' back to their country so they can vote?

Syria already had Pres elections- a year ago. Assad won- legitimately.
NATO EU backed rape and slaughter in Syria is NOT about 'democracy' -and the elections are nothing but an excuse.
