Re: Walking Dead discussion
If they stick with the comics, Glenn will survive....for now. Maybe they are just preparing the audience for his actual death by Negan's bat, Lucy. The Savior's aren't even in the script yet, so I don't think we will seen them until next season. I am curious about Rick's hand whether or not he was bitten by a Walker or he just cut his hand on the knife. Rick was supposed to have lost his hand a couple of season's back when the Governor chopped it off if you go by the comic books.

son of a fuckin bitch! how many times do people have to be told by a 10,000 fuckin fans...writers...producers or directors that TWD script IS NOT GOIN BY THE GODDAMN COMIC BOOKS!!!

I agree that they might not be going by the comics, but there are certain things in the comics that they have to put in the show too. If not why didnt they make rick black or skip the prison, farm, or woodbury ? Glen has to die, but I think it will be Negan who kills him.

Glen aint dead, he gets saved at the very last second all the time. They tease us with his death. In reality he would of been eaten. But in Walking Dead, he will live again, that is a 100% guarantee. The producers are just playing with everyone.

They'll just become wild maters now with nobody tending to em. And really...where the hell was this place at? Morgan happened upon it...but apparently nobody else has AND it seemed to only get sporadic walker intrusions. Most everywhere else they show has been ransacked for supplies AND/OR overrun with the hoards AT LEAST once. Yet here this guy is hole up there for 2-3+ years AND he really didn't have much of a simple OR high tech way of keepin walkers out OR at least some warning noises to alert him. Unless totally exhausted...I'd never be able to sleep comfortably. AND all that time there and he didn't have a safe outside area for Tabitha. Apparently NOT ALL life was sacred.

It's supposed to be about 30 miles outside of Atlanta. And it's tucked up there in the hills. In reality it's 30 minutes outside of Atlanta and tucked up in the hills all isolated.

And he brought Tabitha in at night, and was nearby during the day. Tabitha only got et because she got out when no one was around. :(

I think there would be a lot of places with few walkers, it's why I think it's been kind of silly that the group always moves. I'd have totally stayed on the farm and just set up a perimeter. Until that was really secure, you just have to plan how to to get away from a hoard. Once it's gone through, you can go back to the house. Kind of like the zombie version of a wildfire.

Okay...so EVERYONE has the "virus". But...when people get bit...they die and turn. Depends on where OR how severe the bite is if they die quickly or not. So then...is it different infections with the bite that would make a person die by getting bit in an arm or somewhere else that wouldn't have hit a bleed out vein? Does the virus activate because of bein bitten by walkers too? When Hershel was bit in the leg...it didn't appear to have hit an artery AND was there plenty of time to flow through his bloodstream before Rick chopped it. As far as I can recall that was the first bite that didn't result in death. Is the virus only activated by another bite? It couldn't possibly be activated by getting walker blood in a wound...mouth or eyes as most all of them have been covered in other infected human AND walker blood. Even the Terminus people where eating humans AND they even ate Bob's (your uncle) leg after he had been bit.

So now...in the last regular episode...Ricky's hand gets cut and for some reason they're makin sure to focus on it with him lookin at it when it happened and then tryin to cover it up in the RV. In all this time...it's impossible that none of the others have had a cut to worry about getting walker blood in. If Rick does chop the hand I hope he at least improvises and makes it with the ability to switch out different weapons on it. Maybe a little bit better tech than Merle.

Yup...instead of the big fire fight AND fire that screwed EVERYTHING up. I guess as long as you had enough people to really clear out dispatched walkers it would be okay. It's just that the potential shear number of pilin up walker bodies would really make an environmental impact on air quality...ground water contamination as well as the potential for insects feeding on them and becoming carriers also Or just carryin the nastiness of feedin on rotting meat. I had though of a 20ft trench around a huge area of the farm to catch em in and then clear them out as needed. Again...it would take quite a few people to pull this off...but look at the Romans and how they would show up and build enormous siege containment areas and the camps around them. I'd like to build a system of tunnels for miles around like the Mexicans are doin at border areas too. I know I know...it's just a television show AND I think way too much about...but I love the show AND it's actually helped me get to sleep by thinkin about different scenarios and fortifications for the group and/or if I found myself in their situation. Some like to count sheep. I like to count piled up dispatched walkers.

chuckle

And hey...even though Eastman wasn't quite right at the end he still dropped the ball for poor Tabitha and worried more about buryin a dead walker than her safety.

No. When the pacifist black guy was talking to the Wolfpack dude he has tied up, the black guy was relaying the hippy story (the episode we watched) to him. After the wolf pack dude hears the story, he says, "If I get loose, I'm gonna kill everybody in here. Women, children, everyone."
Micchone was not in the last episode at all. What are you watching?

Meh...someone tryin to create their own storyline.

Apparently Archi missed next week's preview which like myself...is what you saw. It looked like Abraham's Latina "squeeze" standing there with Maggie as Michonne was relaying the story of Glen bein left (for now) behind. Ole Diana isn't lookin too good and she's either goin down in the next couple of episodes OR gonna wake up and become a Carol protégé.

I guess everyone will see what they want to see in episodes and/or the people in them and I'm no exception. I see Diana as a typical horse blinder wearin politico and her husband thinkin that EVERYTHING is just peachy as long as "it's" goin their way. Yet once they get a dose of what's really goin on "outside" their little mental kingdoms they can't handle livin like the rest of the world. Her AND her husband did the community a (surprise) HUGE disservice by not only NOT preparing them for what was really out there...but makin em feel way too protected AND takin their guns away. Seems kinda typical too that she let HER son AND HIS friends and whomever he deemed worthy of a gun access to them. But only for beyond the gate excursions. Well...there I go again...thinkin about a television show too much. I just can't help it.

1 walker...2 walker...3 walker...4 walker...zzzzzzZZZZZZ.

I'd like to know how Rick got in front of the hoard and how far he ran.

How freakin' tall is Carl now? and that fight was lame.

Why did they have to go all cliche and make Maggie pregnant with Glenn missing/dead? And I'd totally forgotten how thick her southern accent is - when was the last time she actually spoke full sentences?
