No Charges Will Be Filed Against Seneca, SC Officer Who Shot and Killed Fleeing "Teen"

I saw that... I think the federal investigation is continuing plus the family is going forward with a civil suit. Here's the families reaction:

Must suck for them, seeing that their poor innocent pothead of a son tired to run down a police officer ... and rightuflly got his sorry ass handed to him

Looks like an execution to me. Did the government charge the victims family for the cost of the bullets?

Not an execution -- an officer who was in fear of his life -- not only did the "teen" try to run him down, but who's to say he wouldn't have circled back around to try again ?

The officer put himself in a bad situation by not waiting for back up. He then went in guns blazing, and when the guy didn't respect his authority, he opened fire at near point blank range into the guys face/head. If that isn't an execution, I don't know what is. No trial, no jury, just a Judge Dread murder of a citizen by a fascist cop, that was later sanctioned by the state.

I mean, he should have just gotten out of his patrol car, stood off at 10-15 yards and opened fire with a Tommy Gun. For his safety and such. After all, filthy potheads do not deserve rights, much less life.

Even if the kid wasn't trying to run over the officer (as the video shows) it still should have been a good shoot --

don't run from the police.

Or the cop should of shot the tires ,stop condoning this psychopaths actions

shooting at tires only happens in old cheesy movies -- cops are trained to shoot to KILL, no exceptions.

You either shoot to kill or don't shoot.
