Hydrogen burns because it is unstable and reacts with oxygen in the air to form water, releasing energy in the process. Since water is more chemically stable than hydrogen, you would have to add energy to water to split it back into hydrogen and oxygen. So water won't burn. If water burned you could have free energy by burning the water vapor that you get from burning hydrogen. It would make no sense. |

The things you see and hear are really just energy vibrating at a certain frequency. Solid objects are just energy that has enough force to repel other objects. In your brain, these things are turned into electrical signals. Everything in this Universe can be described by math. Yet something, somewhere, works the "magic" that allows you to experience things like color, music, emotions, etc. They have a quality that can not be described by any math. |
