Authorities in Montgomery County said 27-year-old Nicholas Kernechel of East Greenville was charged with aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child and related offenses. The article doesn't have much info, but the guy said it was "an unfortunate accident" and the kid fell. It would have to be one hell of a fall. Frankly, I don't believe the guy, but how can a person be so cruel, it defies my understanding.
