While there are always positive wayshowers and good people in every race, its not cut and dried. The way you say they "thrive" in US, percentage wise, is on the system that the majority of whites pay for in taxes, and dealing black market stuff.

That is not my definition of thriving.

I don't believe in punitive measures, but abundance for all. However something needs to be done such as immediately making all drugs legal, along with groups of their own people cleaning up their neighborhoods, beautifying, crafts, cottage industries and forming citizens patroles, education, action groups. Positive strong adult role modeling and blocking/plugging all the black market doorways.
