Stomach ache/cramps after eating oats
Every time after eating oats for about 5 minutes I'm uncomfortable with sharpish stomach pain and then it stops and goes back to normal. No matter which way I cook or eat oats the same thing happens especially when made with milk.

Its rare but its possible you are having an allergy to the Oats.

You might want to try taking a Probiotic to help your digestive tract out.

Many people are sensitive to dairy products and grains. Easiest way is just cut them out of your diet, if it's a problem for you.
