The moment we get our nine months of rain back, I come alive. Anyways, try getting a full spectrum mood lamp. I've heard they really do help. Go to Sleep |

Well, because I had just moved mid November and got out of a bad situation and it felt good to be here and feel a change. Now that I've lived here a year it seems I am back to my usual routine of melancholy and the infinite sadness as soon as November arrives. |

I'm going to get in my truck and drive to my girlfriend's house. She said she would make me a nice homemade dinner tonight. Maybe she will scratch my back too. That always makes me feel better. |

Sounds like situational things can take your mind off of the melancholy, so do what you can and hope for the sun to come back! Hang in there. Go to Sleep |
