Twitter has rejected a pastor's request to use the social media site's advertising platform to promote a tweet highlighting his new book advocating for a traditional Christian belief in marriage.

The usual home problems, with a lot more added. My middle daughter is not talking to any of us, and hasn't for 2 weeks now. She lives right across the alley from us. We do not know what is going on with her, except that she is angry with all of us. She needs to pull up her bootstraps, and get her act together, IMO. She is 27.

My old dog Sheba is having incontinence problems.She has been on medication for this, but it has stopped working.I took her to the Vet this morning, as she probably needs a different medicine. The lab tests will not come back until monday, so I expect some more puddles in my house.My husband is having a fit over this, but refuses to help take her out for her to do her business.She has to go out frequently. It is all on me, and has been for years. Even when I was really bad sick with the pneumonia, he would not take Sheba out, I had to, unless my daughters were home from work and could take over. The jerk said last night I should put Sheba down. :(

I was "ghosted" by my absolutely closest friend of 30 years, for no real reason. After all of these years of hearing out each others problems, being strong like a rock for each other, knowing all of our little secrets, quirks, etc, I was suddenly abandoned. My friend, like me, is very outspoken. I wonder if it was something I said, but I probably will never know. It doesn't help that my husband does not like me to have friends. I can call,even though he doesn't like it too much when I call and will sometimes turn up the volume on the TV to the max so I cannot hear anything, or email my friends, but no face to face contact. I have not been to a friends house for as much as a quick cup of coffee in 17 years.I only had a friend here once over my house in 17 years. She had just got a new job and was so excited !!! My husband doesn't like people coming over here, either.:( I miss going out shopping, and just going out grabbing a bite to eat and just yakking. Sometimes I feel like a prisoner over here, and I am always being accused and grilled as to my whereabouts. He told me a couple of weeks ago, that if I do not like being constantly accused, blamed for everything under the sun, and grilled about my activities, then I can just leave. I hate existing like this.

My mother is a concern. She is hanging in there, but the biggest fear is that my oldest daughter, who watches her a couple of days a week, will be the one to find her dead. Last sunday when my brother and I were over my mothers, she slept the entire time. I was going in to check on her every few minutes, to see if she was still breathing. :(

So, I got a lot going on, my friends.

When we understand the Bible is one continuous story , beginning to the end, it has new meaning every time you read it. I just finished Exodus 10 and as I said yesterday it is full of messages. Pharaoh once again did not listen and God gathered all the locust that covered earth and sent them to devour all of Egypt ,that must have been a sight to see. Pharaoh finally says these words
16 Then Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron in haste; and he said, I have sinned against the Lord your God, and against you.
“Sinned,” is used ,but once again God will use this mans hardened heart to give us a preview of things to come.
21 And the Lord said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt.
22 And Moses stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days:
If you have ever been deep in a cave and turned the lights out you get a sense of this darkness ,but what they experienced was much worse.
We saw God brought darkness at the Cross of Jesus and we will see darkness before He returns.
Luke 23
44 And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour.
45 And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst.
46 And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.
When God decides to send Him back we will see this described in,
Matthew 24
29Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
In Exodus 10 we see the Light of God in His people , 23 They saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for three days: but all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings.
We are to be the Light in a dark world ,like it must have looked as Egypt looked at the Light coming from the Israels. In the darkness that is to come again , we will see a glimpse of what the Egyptians saw in that darkness. In 2015 and 2016 God allowed me to see in this story His level of patience in Moses and Pharaoh. We relive this story as time draws near...His patience ran out for Pharaoh and it will run out again.
One day we will not need the sun , will see and be with The One that created the sun and the Son. Life on earth gets pretty rough before that happens and we have to remember Who God is as He was for Moses and His people.

Melt Down


I am a child of the 60s and grew up with fears of Nuclear War. Nuclear is not in the bible but melt is.

Peter told us this in 2 Peter 3:12
Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
The last hundred years or more humans have created things like nuclear weapons and plants and to think God did not know we would do this , is to not know God. Most of us are aware of some of the dangers and know we created something very dangerous , harmful and we can not get rid of the waste. March 2011 we where reminded of the dangers after the 9.0 earthquake in Japan. The word melt is often used with nuclear anything , that is what it does . At Fukushima we know it melted the rods. Nuclear meltdown is something we never want to hear.
The tensions are high right now for another war so we once again face a threat as in the 50s and 60s. Few of us are scientist but nuclear accidents have happened in our life time and we know what happens. We would be silly to not understand that due to what we have created that Nuclear is an end time player. We where to never do what we have done or create what we have created. Only God can reverse the damage caused by our creations. We where told this is satans kingdom and our Kingdom awaits. If there are some concerned as rumors of wars and threats being made , remember God knew all this would take place. Today a warning was sent to America their bombs can reach us. No matter what happens if you believe in God we know He has the final say find comfort in that, I did...

I just finished the three days of darkness in Exodus 10 and reflect of the death, burial and Resurrection of Jesus. Something is coming in next chapters that is hard for me to read.
I have never been able to watch violence and as I read Exodus 11 and 12 ,I have a hard time. It has been said you can not get more violent than the Bible. When I read verse , 5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats; I think of Jesus.,He is the only One on earth that was without blemish.
Verse, 13And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.
The blood of Jesus and what was done on the Cross saves us as the blood in this story save these people. When we go to the Cross with difficult things of this life they become easier ,even reading stories that are hard to read. The Cross is found all through Scriptures ,it was a violent act done to The Only One without blemish that we may have eternal life. Not to be taken lightly...

John 1
29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

2 Corinthians 10:
4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,
War is on all the headlines right now , in my life time I have never seen such unrest. Anytime we think of war or a warrior in the Bible most of us think of David .
Since the beginning and till Jesus returns there will be war. The Bible shows us from day one who the enemy is. This war started out in the Garden of Eden.
David is a great example of winning a battle against satan with Gods weapons.
1 Samuel 17
37 Moreover David said, “The Lord, who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear, He will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine.”
And Saul said to David, “Go, and the Lord be with you!”
38 So Saul clothed David with his armor, and he put a bronze helmet on his head; he also clothed him with a coat of mail. 39 David fastened his sword to his armor and tried to walk, for he had not tested them. And David said to Saul, “I cannot walk with these, for I have not tested them.” So David took them off.
This is our first glimpse of Ephesians 6. Killing leaders and people never ended war it only gave times of rest.
We could see some really crazy things happen, but please remember David did not kill that giant God did.
1 Samuel 17
But I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. 46 This day the Lord will deliver you into my hand, and I will strike you and take your head from you.
We love and serve the same Lord David stood with that day...God is the Only One that wins against the only enemy we have and it is not North Korea but North Korea is used by our enemy. With all this show of weapons how big they are or how far a Missile can reach is silliness.
God used a small shepherd boy against a giant to remind us it is not about anything other than God.


We have lost site of what this is all about if we do not remember Who this is all about.
Find peace in God today as the world is in war mode, if you have any fear give it to Jesus ....

I recently listened to Ezekiel. There is a part in that book that describes what happened to the people in World War II. It was hard to listen to as that is such a dark time in our history. God used not a nation with bigger and better or more weapons, but a nation that believed in Jesus to end that war.
