Assad must go, Obama Adm. Stance

This is the Obama Admin. stance, but why so critical ?? Correct me if I am wrong, but ASSAD, was elected, even if it was rigged (sound familiar ), ASSAD, doesn't treat people the of different beliefs the same (sound familiar),ASSAD has his country in the middle of a civil war (sound familiar), ASSAD has other world leaders calling for him to be out of office (sound familiar), ASSAD has a low approval rating within his country (again sound familiar), there maybe other I am missing but still if this is a reason for a immediate dismissal from office of Presidency then Why do not other leaders take there own advice.
