A B-25 crashed into the Empire State Building back in 1945.
I guess, this is not the first time, huh?

The plane was too small to compare.
Not that a jetplane could cause a building to implode, topple maybe-if it was one of those humungous Antonov's that fly into
Edmonton these days, but implode like a controlled demolition- only a controlled demolition can do that.

Could it be that he was angry for the simple reason that he was in a hurry but couldn't cross the road because of all the panic?! 
Here's what the Australian Broadcasting Corporation is reporting -
NEW YORK CRASH PROMPTS TERRORISM FEARS
The crash of a light plane into a New York apartment building has caused anguish for the city's residents, may of whom feared a reprise of September 11, 2001.
But the feelings of dread eased when they learned the plane that slammed into the red brick high-rise in the city's posh Upper East Side apparently had done so in error.
The panicked New Yorkers had feared the accident could be a scaled-down sequel to the attacks that levelled the city's iconic World Trade Centre towers just five years ago.
"I just stood there in shock, I thought 'this can't be happening to us again'," Chris Foege, who lives a few blocks from the building, said.
"It was like 9-11 all over again."
Another witness, Tamer Faltos, told CNN: "We were just down the block at my work. And I just heard this huge, huge crash that makes me just shake."
New Yorker Diane Tarantini said: "I was sitting right in front of the building. I heard a loud whistling noise, I looked up and saw a flash ... stuff started falling down."
The accident occurred at 72nd Street and York Avenue, in what is considered to be one of New York's finest neighbourhoods, one block from the East River.
Emergency helicopters circled overhead as a crowd watched from the streets below.
Police closed off traffic to at least a six-block area around the site while a blackened heap of the plane smouldered on the ground.
"There was a boom sound, but we weren't sure what it was, and then they told us to evacuate the building," Lilian Regolia, who works opposite the building, said.
Pitcher dies
Officials say the plane was piloted by star New York Yankees baseball pitcher Cory Lidle, who died when the aircraft struck the upper floor of the building.
Fighter jets scrambled over to shoot any planes that might follow the Cirrus S220 aircraft as part of a possible terrorist attack before officials were able to definitively rule out a 9/11-style suicide mission.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation says there is no indication that the crash is related to terrorism.

Lidle's plane was equipped with a
parachute and he did not deploy it !!
"The whole plane has a parachute on it," Lidle said. "Ninety-nine percent of pilots that go up never have engine failure, and the 1 percent that do usually land it. But if you're up in the air and something goes wrong, you pull that parachute, and the whole plane goes down slowly."
